With over 20 years of experience as a therapist, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside individuals, couples, and families during some of the most pivotal—and often painful—moments of their lives. At Unscripted Counseling, I offer a space where clients can show up as they are, without judgment, without pretense—just real people surviving real life.
My passion is working with individuals, couples, and families who are navigating major life transitions, relational struggles, or a sense of disconnection from themselves or each other. Whether you're facing a diagnosis, suffering a loss, questioning your life decisions, are struggling to reconnect with a loved one, or simply feel like life isn’t going the way you hoped — you’re not alone. As a cancer survivor myself, I know what it means to have your world change overnight, your beautifully scripted future obliterated — and what it takes to rebuild with intention, courage, and resilience. I believe healing doesn’t follow a script either, so I integrate internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches with a hearty dose of objectivity and humor. Together, we will work toward a life that feels more authentic, more connected, and more yours.
At Unscripted Counseling, I practice outside the traditional medical model. This means I do not accept insurance, which allows us to focus on your story—not a diagnosis. Together, we’ll create a therapy experience centered on who you are, not what’s “wrong.”
